The learning challenge...the company is so dynamic that there´s always something to learn or someone

Straight forward communication, clear objectives for my team, and open to hear the input I can provide from my perspective
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
due to organizational changes I have had to cover more responsibilities I have learned a lot however I understand my value within he company and economically it is necessary to recognize for those additional tasks I am performing
