overall the experience has been very positive. I just don't like the number of calls that are required of csr's a day and the time crunch to move calls quickly. The starting pay should definitely be increased and ot should be encouraged.

I like their knowledge and how much they helped during the nesting period.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the people are really nice and very helpful. It is not a perfect place but I love the atmosphere so far since I started working here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
there is a genuine peace and calmness in the workplace and that is only due to the genuineness of the employees. everyone has been friendly and helpful. It's not chaotic sometimes a little chaotic due to everyone being on calls at the same time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
there is a lot to remember and a lot that is required of employees while working regarding time of breaks, the number of calls and time of calls that is expected of the employees. I believe that the starting compensation should be $20 an hour
What makes you most happy at work?
the wonderful interactions with the customers. Some of them have made me laugh, some of them have allowed me to make them laugh. Also customers who are going through things that share that information with me. It makes me happy that I was able to through the grace of God provide that space for them
