The salary provided to me at my site compared to other sites are not fair. I feel myself working more thank a peer at the same level or below who earns more than I do.
Equal pay for all. Not fair to have a Site manager at close or at $80K per year with 0 knowledge of how to manage a call center. They have even admitted to having no clue of their role but yet, we keep wasting $80k that could be divided amongst the Supervisors who are running the show @ PR.
