What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Learning manners and how to spell in English would help.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They have no management skills, no training skills, no people skills.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Hire PROFESSIONALLY TRAINED MANAGERS. Hire PROFESSIONALLY TRAINED Training people. Hire people who can read, write, and understand English. Treat ALL employees as thinking, feeling ADULTS. PAY employees a living wage and GIVE US RAISES that are respectable and worthy of our work efforts.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Professional/trained management. Get rid of the lies and hypocrisy. Train people to do the job, not just one specific spec of the entire job spectrum. Management needs to speak to employees as adults, not like we're infants, and not belittle us and speaking down to us.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The HR dept ignores everything. The HR dept doesn't care about anything. My manager claims they are "there for me", but when asking for help all I get is "I can't do that". I was lied to about this job, the pay raises, and the job I would have. Pay is substandard and benefits are abismol.
