I can't really say, I'm remote, so I don't interact with co-workers very much

My bosses are very understanding and work to be flexible with my scheduling needs

They are very responsive and work hard to be flexible with my schedule and needs
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't have benefits through Conduent, and I understand in KY has a different minimum wage than AZ, however, the pay rate I receive is not livable wages in AZ, it is barely above AZ minimum Wage
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy helping people who do not have a firm understanding about what's happening, clearly understand what is going on, what it means for them and their next steps should be. Much of the time, people don't know what questions to ask, or don't feel comfortable asking, so taking the initiative helps.
