What are some of the best things about your team?
People generally have a good attitude and are willing go above and beyond to do their jobs.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I don't have an opinion about the leadership team, but we should be paid a living wage. I am a single person, and the hourly wage is not enough to survive on in this economy. Conduent should raise wages for their employees to have a better standard of living. I have two work two jobs to survive.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Pay. I sit at my desk and wish I had a living wage and didn't have to think about working my second job after getting off of this one. The financial hardship bleeds into my perception of this company and how it affects my economic life. I feel like the company doesn't care about me as an employee.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A living wage is expected. That should be how we are compensated. There needs to be a yearly raise system set up as well. It hurts morale when we have no incentive to continue to work here and we have not had a raise in almost 3 full years. I am sure the CEOs and stockholders are getting their bonus
