Being at Conduent for the past eleven years has taught me a lot. I have spent my best years working here in various accounts. I still do not believe I have demonstrated my full potential, henceforth my purpose for being here is still not yet fulfilled.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
work is flexible most of the time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the employee engagement groups, getting to meet people from different cultural backgrounds and learn. Being able to grow and develop professionally.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe I have the competency to matriculate into a role that aligns with my qualifications. More positive feedback and opportunities for growth are needed. "Encouragement sweetens labor."
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are jovial they know how to keep the atmosphere positive. Although I am somewhat introverted, I will listen to some convos and smile to myself. They also work hard to meet deadlines, and help each other where necessary.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
More opportunities for growth and development are needed. Positions that match your qualifications and personality. Alot of people are in positions for years because that's all there is to their unit. It becomes demotivating when you feel as if there's is nothing to work towards.
