Stop treating me and my teammates as if we are not capable of making decisions in our daily duties. Stop paying people to count mistakes. Instead pay them to acknowledge what I do right all day long.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It's a pay check with a very relaxed dress code which is wonderful. I don't see customers in my job and much of my work could be done from home since there are built in metrics. Flexible work schedules would be very beneficial.
