My individual supervisor is inspirational and motivational and is an incredible support system.

Communication is the biggest key that would make our team and each individual worker better.

My direct supervisor is incredible but the entire unit management staff is not fair or trustworthy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I received a promotion but they have withheld my pay increase and are refusing to grant it.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Company culture is flawed because local management is not truthful with agents and it creates an environment of chaos
