The leadership team truly cares about the company and its people. They seek opportunities to enhance the associate experience and recognize those who go above and beyond
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy the teamwork and ability to make a difference. I appreciate being challenged, and I feel like every day brings a new opportunity to help associates and clients.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a turnaround company, compensation is below that of other similar sized companies. However, the leadership team is acutely aware of this gap and is actively working to improve it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The culture is extremely collaborative across the company. There are rarely turf wars or ego battles. If someone has a passion for taking a project on, he or she receives support and encouragement.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It gave me the opportunity to meet my supervisor and a couple of teammates. Additionally, I learned a lot about the company and the culture. My recruiter kept me well informed at every step.
