Its a nice place to be. Conduent has been through so much turmoil and we are finally getting to be sturdy. But we need to do it asap as those who have supported us through the bad phases are starting to get impatient.

Diverse, looking at the same direction, making the best of what's available.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The intent is very visible and it comes out as pure and rational. But actions are not visible.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Definitely changed from the past set. But we need to start looking at ourselves as a global organization. We should not miss the forest for the trees. Setting up a support system at your base levels (associate) will ensure the top orders are sturdy enough.
