They are great, work as a team, try to assist, and exemplify the values of Conduent.
There is no real appreciation for employees doing more than they should, not even thank you is said.
That things are communicated effectively, we are now informed of what is going on , we know what is happening.
Stop promoting employees that are not qualified, even with performance issues, behavior problems and employees know about it. And at the end, they are "promoted" but it looks like its to save them, and eliminate the issues.
It has been years without a raise, first they tell you that the company is meeting and even exceeding the goals and this is an increase in revenue. And they say they will raise salaries to retain employees but this is only in words, no action.
