I've been here for more than 3 decades and I've never looked forward to going to work every day as much as I do right now.
I have been here many years and have seen a lot of ups and downs. Overall, I mostly enjoy going to work every day and dealing with the new challenges that come my way. Right now, the stress level is on the high side and I would like more balance in my day, but that tends to be cyclical.
Willingness to listen to and try ideas.
That it is steadily evolving and improving.
I appreciate their transparency in communication.
The opportunity to help others.
To be paid more competitively based upon the market.
Supportive, caring group of people willing to help one another.
Most of the people are great to work with and make the tasks more enjoyable.
The majority of the people with whom I work are dedicated, resourceful, creative and fun to be around.
Their willingness to listen to new ideas and implement where appropriate. Their transparency in communication. Their support for associates.
Cost cutting measures are creating scenarios that invite oversights, more mistakes and are pushing people beyond the limits of their sustainable capabilities.
We continue to transform toward being an organization that shows that it values our employees and that allows for individuality and being our authentic selves.
I work with a fantastic team. They are supportive, work toward common goals and are always willing to help one another learn, achieve and succeed.
I don't think it is just me; being below the minimum of your pay grade range after many years of service is generally demoralizing to people.
The support provided to one another. We all truly "have each other's backs" and do everything we can to work toward group success, not just individual success.
Getting to work with my team and peers and getting to work on things that I find fun, but that have benefit to the company and our employees.
The good feeling I get when I know I've assisted someone, made their path a bit easier or I have accomplished something that will be positive for others.
The regular, honest, open communication from the top of the house as well as a heightened recognition that associates at all levels are a key part of our success and being profitable.
I have opportunities to do new things, explore new ideas and feel that the work I do makes an impact; and I get to work with great people while I'm doing it.
From the market perspective the salary is low and the benefits are average at best. However, the relationships and opportunities and the potential of a strengthening company make it worth staying for now.
Their transparency in communication is number one . I appreciate their willingness to listen to and embrace creative solutions from any level of the organization. I appreciate the opportunities they provide for growth and experience.
Most people are willing to help one another to achieve what is best for all involved parties. There is a high level of trust among most of the team members and we generally really enjoy working together.
There isn't just one thing I like about the leadership team, there are many. I appreciate their honesty and transparency in communication. I appreciate the shift in the value being placed on the contributions of associates. I appreciate that they really seem to CARE.
