I sincerely enjoy my work. I find it interesting and challenging. I work full-time (and in recent months I have been working ~50-55 hours per week due to extreme short staffing) but I work remotely and with much flexibility; as a parent, I cannot overstate the retention value this has for me.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Our team is under-resourced and burnout is high. We have experienced very high turnover of some of our strongest contributors in recent months. We are likely to lose more of our best talent to competitors due to burnout and pay that is far below industry standards (and rarely increased).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My leader and work-team. I highly value the flexibility I have in this job, and working remotely has dramatically improved the quality of my life (at my previous employer I was spending an hour and a half a day commuting. The distance was not far but the traffic was awful!)
