Communicating changes, paying employees, setting goals, technology that works consistently, providing resources and funding the client teams, etc., etc., etc.
Their resilience despite constant technology and systems access issues. Their flexibility to do the job with inadequate training and trainers. People who haven't had a raise in years still do their best.

Would love to be setup for success in my role, have trustworthy leadership, get a raise for high level of work I provide to team and site, recognition, technology that works for my team of agents, training, etc.
