Very unstable technology, inadequate pay, uncertain match on 401K.

I have a level of autonomy and feel respected with my ideas.

We work together for a common goal. I like that we have a lot of diversity and geographical locations represented.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have not had a pay increase since accepting my new position (three years now). I have more reports than our standard manager to reports ratio and I don't feel like I have a good work/life balance. I use my personal cell phone for my team to reach me and I'm not compensated for that.
