Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Despite delivering what is required without escalation and taking those extra responsibilities beyond capacity from a learning and growth perspective, the standard answer what we get each year is "Company is just fairly doing well and there will be no ASR" while there definitely seem to be disparity
