The leadership of the Regulatory Compliance team is brilliant, the mastery in business processes makes me realize that I'm in a high-level company and I have the opportunity to learn so much from my bosses and teammates
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe that my compensation is not the same as my partners in the USA and it should be reviewed with HR Mexico, also it would be nice if I could get a certification in compliance with the company support.
