Tolerance. None is going to make you feel unconfortable.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are working hard to continue business in difficult times.

They are human, they understand a hard working full time mom.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My salary. I get a good salary increase at least every 3 years.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They always provide guidance when needed and you can count on them in hard times.

Challenges. I learn new things everyday and interact with a multinational team. I am happy at work.

I work with smart people so it is nice to be surrounded by them. I learn new thing every day!
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are smart and knowledgeable of the work they do. They are kind and responsive. I really enjoy being surrounded by smart people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My salary was not increased for over 7 year. A salary increase base on merit should be part of the annual performance review.
