I have been with this company for 16+ years and within the last 1 - 2 years my confidence in our leadership has significantly increased which makes me more confident in my own work. I am learning new things from my new boss and am being given a voice where before I was not.

Finding and developing solutions to business issues and working with my team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency and honesty which in the past was severely lacking. I truly feel like they care about the employees and are trying to do the right things
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With the exception of this year, bonuses weren't paid nor annual merit increases. I am near the minimum of my grade and have been here 16 years
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like a fast paced environment where I'm allowed to present ideas and be heard. We feel free to bring up concerns or have disagreements without concern of retribution.
