I have been with Conduent a long time. I have see lots of change and feel very excited with the current leadership team that there is finally direction and tools and growth for both my team and myself.

The stock is an upside currently

There is balance. The management is supportive.

It's a team environment versus previously very silo driven.

Being able to talk w multiple people about the role

Driving towards a goal. Having the tools to do our jobs.

It's like a family. We work together, we help each other out.

Responsiveness and general transparency. Also like that it's a flat org without the layers.

It's collaborative and fast paced. We laugh, we scream (at silly things) and we have fun.

I adore my team. I feel like we make a difference. I get to do the work not just oversee.
