Things have gone downhill the lst 3 years. Massive overtime and insufficient number of employees die to incorrect job descriptions in job postings. Lost huge client.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better compensation. Better communication from leaders. Accountability.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication. Stop promising worker incentives then not delivering them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Constantly asked to do more than my job requires and whenever its time for a raise they cant find any money for the raises.many arent held accountable for bad work and it makes others do additional work to fix the issues.
