Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Consilio is not considering cost of living of employee location. Adjusting the salary as per location (like California / New York) will be helpful. Instead consilio gives raises and salaries that are similar across the country.

we should normalize package based on current market value, I feel for new joiner the company is paying more and for existing employee the compenation is not that much increasing.
