The compensation is competitive compared to other companies.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The base compensation and lack of a ramp period for commission is below what I have been compensated in the past, and doesn't seem aligned with the market rate for senior managers.

They're proactive about collaborating and lending a hand. They go above and beyond in every way and push others to bring their best efforts.

Even though we work independently, we always collaborate and share our successes with everyone. Some people might be having a hard time and it gives a nice jolt to pick other up by sharing what is working and what isn't.
