Copart Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Overtime and the work place environment

Medical abd ESPP and stock earning

Pay is fair and raises are annually. Fairly easy to get promoted within.

Insurance options work for my family

Review from Customer Support Dept

THE STOCK DISCOUNT FOR EMPLOYEES.

Working hard and enjoiung the air

life insurance and stocks that are available

Pet care is included with benefits.

Everything else about my job I love, the pay is good, the work isn't terrible, it's just hot and we are spending our own money to stay hydrated in almost 100 degree weather, and I hope things get better before summer actually starts.

Review from Operations Dept

The stock program would have beem great ro join i think its a great idea that the company gives and all around copart is a great compqny

The pay is on par with other employers i feel, the benefits while a little high, it is offset with the stock options and 401k they make available.

Review from Operations Dept

I mever have to work harder than what i get paid to do

Review from Operations Dept

Benefits are probably the greatest

Being able to start another 401k

Every month we get a Wow card with a voucher that can be up to £100

Options given many many years ago

I have IRA already, and do not participate in Copart 401(k). Financial choice to move earnings to mortgage and savings in IRA.

Is one of the best package l have ever had

Medical insurance and 401k benefits

Easy to sign up and keep track of.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I dont make enough an hour, im barely able to afford gas for commute. I cant afford to pay for health insurance

When they hired me, i was told i would be doing a specific job for a specific rate. Throughout my time at Copart, my responsibilities have exponentially increased, and my wage has not. Personally, i would feel more valued if my individual performance were rewarded with stock bonus or wage increase

Review from Operations Dept

A living wage would be nice. A piece of the bonuses management gets. Anything other than the $25 gift card for holidays.

The amount of work we do isn't worth the money we make I've been with the company for four years and I make a dollar more than new hires

Review from Operations Dept

They pay a bigger portion

A more Open Mind Co. I think it will grown

Executive leadership caring aboits its people

Similar jobs pay more with less stress. You can flip burgers at McDonalds and make the same as a CSR or title clerk.

Review from Operations Dept

The respect from the others in the team and to not be treated like a kid.

Review from Operations Dept

I feel undervalued due to working without proper training. Work from every team in the office. Working 12 hour shifts with not regard for other scheduled things already in place and coming in through a Temp agency and having to complete another application and do a drug test and ID verification.
