What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Be honest. Don't lie to your prospective employees

What are some of the best things about your team?

We are willing to help each other to make sure we accomplish our production goals

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The only member of my leadership team I like is my supervisor and his Office manager.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The company should be straight forward. When asked a question to upper management there is always a blow over.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Supervisor need to focus on their respective teams and not try to walk over other supervisor concerning their respective teams. The company needs to be more consistent and organized.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel undervalued due to working without proper training. Work from every team in the office. Working 12 hour shifts with not regard for other scheduled things already in place and coming in through a Temp agency and having to complete another application and do a drug test and ID verification.
