Taking responsibility, instead of blaming the workers in the yard.
Caring for his people, he really doesnt care about any employee

Clear communication. People skills. Encouraging the team instead of threatening them. The micromanaging is out of control. You should not be afraid to do your job.
Learn how to compulse their emotions and learn how to talk to people. Need to learn how to communicate and have a plan set before yelling at their employees. Somebody needs to teach Notti better management skills.
I dont make enough an hour, im barely able to afford gas for commute. I cant afford to pay for health insurance
When they hired me, i was told i would be doing a specific job for a specific rate. Throughout my time at Copart, my responsibilities have exponentially increased, and my wage has not. Personally, i would feel more valued if my individual performance were rewarded with stock bonus or wage increase
Review from Operations Dept
A living wage would be nice. A piece of the bonuses management gets. Anything other than the $25 gift card for holidays.
The amount of work we do isn't worth the money we make I've been with the company for four years and I make a dollar more than new hires
Review from Operations Dept
They pay a bigger portion
Common sense would help a lot
Couldnt communicate with coworkers due to management. When there were issues with difference of opinion it would result in a crazy altercation from management.
No get paid for locals to get better runs than ccrf drivers.
Communication. Management plays favorites and brown nosers get priority over quality employees.
work together better and have better customer service.

More response from higher management and for them to see how the team interacts with each other.
Review from Operations Dept
Supervisor need to focus on their respective teams and not try to walk over other supervisor concerning their respective teams. The company needs to be more consistent and organized.
Review from Customer Support Dept
They need a person who asks the right questions, not iust somebody that they look at for looks

Review from Operations Dept
Sloppy, very little questions regarding work history.
Review from Operations Dept

Dispatch is taking care locals better than ccrf driver gives better runs for benefits
To Late! They dont want it to change for the better
This would need to be a long phone call conversation if you want it to benefit this company.
Horribly mistreated and currently looking for a new position.
Review from Operations Dept
The company should be straight forward. When asked a question to upper management there is always a blow over.
