Review from Sales Dept

Medical benefits are above average, but costly.

Review from Sales Dept

I have 401k stocks, medical allowances that roll over into an actual account I can with draw the funds. They have paid time off and sick leave through edd.

Review from Product Dept

Great benefits and fair pay

Well we are a union division so we have the best health insurance and consistent raises

Review from Operations Dept

Health benefits, dental, vision 401

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

More money and appreciation would suffice.

Performance = pay. The top performers should be getting the better pay

I've been here 20+ years and believe I should be making over 20 dollars an hour.

In 20 years I have gone from 10 an hour to just below 16

Lack of skill appreciation. Respect goes both ways.

Enhanced attendance bonuses should have been given to employees that showed up everyday during a pandemic. Instead the company chose to stop matching 401K for several months. They also reduced employee vacation carryover from 200 hours annually to 40 hours annually.

Review from Product Dept

Employees are regularly asked to do far more then what they were hired to do and paid far less then what they deserve. There is often little appreciation shown. Cutting benefits at the cost of "saving the company" have angered alot of people.

Review from Operations Dept

The company pushes more work done with less people, but they continue to pay below what the job should entitle. They do have an incentive program, but it is highly irregular and sometimes the individual has little control over what they're actually getting. The company also stopped matching 401k.

Review from Operations Dept

Job security and consistent schedule

Review from Operations Dept

They never give us “little people” any recognition for any of our hard work
