Replacing or re-training of mananagent would be a solid beginning to improving the workplace. There is a huge disconnect between upper management and those that are helping them build their vacation homes.

Better management is where it begins. Understanding employees and being able to discipline the bad apples would be a good start. Common sense is constantly left out of decisions and too much is based off of numbers. Being able to understand what people are doing helps.
