The best thing about CoStar Group are the people and the culture. You are surrounded by some of the smartest people in the business and they truly care about your career and personal well being. I can definitely see myself being here long term.

Old-school, my-way-or-the-highway CEO. Obsessed about return to office, & refuses to permit work from home. Employees are very obviously cogs in the wheel to him, and senior-level turnover has been well above normal for the past few years.

The benefits are great! Commuter and Gym Reimbursements are a nice added bonus. Daily lunch is nice too.
