There's a lot of opportunity to chit chat with my coworker even though we are in the remote setup. Everyone's willing to talk about person, career and business focus topics so it's very diverse in a way.

Coworkers need to make data-driven decisions and not rely on their gut feelings. It is also important for them to understand that some process/system changes are required as the company grows and that it's no longer possible to operate as a start-up.

Management need to dedicate more time and effort to ensuring we develop the product and integrate our acquisitions instead of pushing through soft HR initiatives that won't be helping us in the long term.

I like that it is structured, with a clear focus on company values. They tell you what to expect ahead of time and it's exactly that -- no surprises.

It took 3 months from my screening interview to my offer. The company was unresponsive at times. The company should commit to a timeframe.

Growth has been slowing dramatically and there's no plan of action to buck that trend. Instead, management seems to rely on acquisitions that are not even integrated and already show signs of strain (e.g. culture, performance)
