  • If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Cracker Barrel?
    Stop expecting servers to do more work while you cut other hours because we're cheap 2$ hrly labor. Everyone else walks out at there time but servers will be there 30min to 2 hrs after a shift ....making 2$ an hour and always running late to pick up kids cause we never out on time .

    They need to go back to being like a family again. As a employee for over 13 years I have them gone from being a big family to business. Nothing like it use to be...
