  • If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at CVS Pharmacy?
    I would show my techs and interns that I value them. Certified techs are skilled at what they do and many have years of experience, so to pay them only a dollar or two more than a totally inexperienced tech is shameful. Even worse is the policy to pay experienced, loyal interns LESS than new hires.
