Because my compensation depends on the compensations of other people in the office, in my country, and even in the world. I think my work exceeds expectations, very productive, but because other people work and gain less, this is an argument to not increase my compensation

During the answering on question related with compensation I rely on the current period of time (I have some promises from the manager of the current project and I believe the promises will be kept). If we talking about the compensation policy of the company in general, I'm satisfied

more engagement from HR, but not in organize events like 'pizza day', but to care about employee. ask about feedback, suggest trainings, share better feedback which include more about technical skills
