- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?If an employee does more, is certified to do more, and accomplishes more then they should be paid accordingly. There is no path to gain a raise unless you apease your boss.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Seeing where to put money. Bandaids have been put on for so long that it will catch up with us.
