Out of 963 Deloitte (US) employee reviews, 76% were positive. The remaining 24% were constructive reviews with the goal of helping Deloitte (US) improve their work culture.
the folks are decisive and strategic
Corporate culture, gaining a lot of skills
their communication and accountability as well
Yes y y y y
I live the overall strategy
The leadership team talks a big game about acceptance and building their employees up to be better, but then apply so much pressure to the supervisors and managers that this line of thinking is tossed out the window for the opportunity to make more money.
Review from Marketing Dept
Project timeline and release management
They just want to sell there product . No personal life they give tasks even on weekend
Diversity in personality: mid level career opportunities
Treat your employees like people instead if making unrealistic promises to the client and working people to death
I can add two beneficiaries to my HMO, which has a high limit
The variety of items offered.
Fixed Base is good and it is always fair compared to market.
Affordable Health Insurance and Wellness stipend
Review from Marketing Dept
Deloitte recently made updates to their compensation structure following the pandemic to raise pay to be more competitive in the market.
Benefits are very expensive and improving health care coverage affordability would really help.
Not available at this time
There is little to no way to charge for extra hours, basically I'm working double for the same pay.
Review from Operations Dept
Pay might need to be increased
Not sure that my pay is as high as it should be based on market

Review from Finance Dept
they need to be more open about better ways to implement solutions and solve problems.
Everyone should take responsibility of their tasks
Be more transparent, not drink the deloitte koolaid
focus on quality over pleasing higher management
Deloitte is fantastic place to work with fast paced environment and so much to learn.
There is always something to do or get involved in at Deloitte because the company is so large. There are social groups, initiatives and work that you can contribute to but they also make this a requirement of your overall performance criteria that must be done outside of traditional project work.
I enjoy firm initiatives and working in teams on health-care projects.
Clean and green to visualize.
Wider team is collaborative and encourages learning.
There needs to be structure into the deals, a lot more practice documentation, and help should be provided when something is too complicated even for senior consultants.
Review from Operations Dept
better leadership skills for the managers.
Work life balance, management should respect boundaries, flex hours
Consulting is a grind and that is the reality.
This company surviving with brand
Case studies and guesstimate rounds
Recruiters were great at keeping me updated.
Interviewers are expert in their domain and ask very smart questions.
The interviewers were personable and nice
Interviewers were cordial and made you feel comfortable.
The interview process takes a very long time and the company is not communicative about next steps. They'll ghost you for a month or two after your interview and then call you for a second interview.
Review from Marketing Dept
Clear communication of job responsibilities
A lot more screening to ensure better people. That ofcourse will involve better pay.
More communication from her team
Review from Design Dept
I just have one interview (easy).
Review from HR Dept
Great projects and amazing leadership
Going home at the end of the day
Review from Marketing Dept
A great team culture and collaboration. Being able to work with like minded individuals for a common goal to complete client work.
The pay is better than I can get elsewhere
I enjoy learning from top leaders in their fields.
0 motivation which could be improved with aligning me to projects based on my skills and strengths.
Better compensation for people, more quality hiring
Deloitte accepts too many projects for the number of qualified employees it has. Worklife balance is a huge concern, compounded by the fact that Deloitte consultants make much less than all competitors, and are simultaneously overworked relative to competitors because of understaffing
Poor pay for employees duh
Review from Design Dept
Focus is deliver real value to clients. Evolve to respond to the new market (culture, practices, leadership)
Review from HR Dept
Most practitioners are highly collaborative and are genuinely good people that care for the well-being of others. That being said, this is insufficient to counter the systemic working constraints imposed by leadership decisions to lay off a significant portion of the workforce during COVID
The reputation of the firm.
the leadership and the opportunity to grow and lead
the people
fast pace
Senior Manager incentives should de-emphasize sales at the expense of the team. Instead, Senior Manager incentives should spur true leadership instead of 'just' management
I'd like Deloitte to improve the recruitment, retention and advancement of diverse professionals at the firm.
the ability of leadership to adapt to the new ways of working
compensation
Promotions.
