Deloitte encourages learning but will count the time you take to learn against you. Since billables are king you will be hard pressed to continue to find time to learn and participate in firm initaitives needed to be promoted. Benefits are not good and growth is limited.

Benefits are very expensive and improving health care coverage affordability would really help.
