I think that there is a clear lack of understanding surrounding what is involved in my position. I also feel that team members companywide are constantly struggling with excessive workloads and employees are used as a solution for the imbalanced resources we have in comparison to those workloads.

The ability to work from home allows me more time to put thought into my daily tasks as i don't have to worry about a commute and where to go out for lunch.
