Not a bad company but the store I work in is a trainwreck and is a high volume and they need help.

Lunch break and leaving to go home.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It has been 4 years but it was natural environment.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not to gossip and to back the departments that need help. To no be lazy and stamd around.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am on maternity leave/ short term disability. The money I make with my leave checks barely covers my bills and doesnt leave me money for my kid to get diapers and formula.
