Management. End of Story. No one wants to work for people who disrespect their employees and talk badly about them.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Better Management that doesnt talk about other peoples business, status of employment, personal issues, or badly out in the open or with other staff. Management also need to be out on the floor instead of gossiping, forcing others to do their work, and sitting behind a desk most of their shift.
