I feel we are all on the same page thanks to our leaders...especially my manager.

We share and help each other out and want to see the best happen with the store we're working in.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are leaders and it shows. Inspiring and makes you feel like you want to work for DSG because of how they feel about their jobs.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The manager asked about me and what I wanted in life and made me feel if I were hired that I would be a part of something special. He was right.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been in my field for a very long time and I took a pay cut. It's a brand new store and we are all growing together. It is my hope once the dust settles and I understand everything I have to do, I can then have that conversation. Right now I understand the reason.
