I worked in various roles and in various capacities at DSG. All of my roles had a lot of interaction with leadership. In my experience, having worked for several fortune 500 companies, I contend that DSG's leadership stands out as the worst.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
DSG has a very "I'm better than you" atmosphere in the office, especially with leadership. In a sense, it's a good thing, though, because it taught me how NOT to treat people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's very much like high school. Little groups of friends who gossip reduce morale. There are opportunities for promotions, but there are so many fresh graduates who are pulled in with a high school mentality, then get promoted and treat others like they're beneath them.
