I loved this job for my first year. Ive hated my last two years. No one is ever on the same page. Everything gets blamed on the leads who actually run this store and need to be compensated for it. Everyone is fake around the DM and LPM who dont do anything about our problems when they do get adresse

Listening to and not just talking over women. Not everything is an excuse and sometimes theyre actually telling the truth. If you would just listen
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The leads honestly just showing up and trying yo be there for each other. But we're all hitting a breaking point and might all quit at the same time
What did you like most about the interview process?
The people that i talked to then were kind and i could have a conversation and debate without it being an argument and resulting in me crying everytine but they arent here
