Getting to help others find something they love, can depend on who I'm working with that shift though.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Like all but 1 co-worker, he is very rude and belittling but little is done to stop it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know a lot about firearms from working with them over the years and also have sales experience. It is unfair when you hire Someone with no sales experience or firearms experience and start them at higher pay simply due to age.
