I’ve been there over a year and no raise. People around me make more or the same when I do more work.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not just always worrying about their bottom line and actually taking care of their employees. ESPECIALLY since we aren’t SUPPOSED to just be teenage dropouts. We are expected to be experts in our sports department to fit customers and recommend personalized product.
