The attitude is horrible and it starts from the managers.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
All the managers have poor attitude. There dress attire is inaproprate for the business place.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication. Having product. Also understanding that you are messing with people's lives by not giving hours to them. Also managers are worried about there bonus then anything else. Also you have managers that are condescending torts there employees.
