Whenever I can do my job to make all of the customers happy and make my employees happy! I encourage everyone to have positive attitudes!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Every time I come into work the managers are always negative and not in good moods! And some of the employees talk about other employees and their is always arguing! I think we need to start having employee meetings to go over rules and the managers needs to be happy more!
