Stop bringing political agendas in the work place, just because we work there automatically people assume we support the policies, and to speak out against them will result in termination

Pay structure is terrible, if you've been there for 8+years new hires are actually paid closer to you because you were hired at a lower rate in the past. Annual reviews are only between 1-5% raises.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Staffing, payroll, STOP CHANGING LAYOUTS, stop with these Gameplans (planogram/floor sets) for every department constantly, stop trying to offer Nordstroms customer service with Walmart staffing, skeleton crews every day and night is ridiculous, these stores have become toxic because we're overworke
