Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've worked at 3 different locations, I've always been a good worker, and I've even been offered management positions which I was unable to accept due to other priorities, but im still only making $9.45 an hour and only working 18 hours a week. I have to have a second job and I'm looking for a 3rd.
