More accpuntability, more work support within managers and teamwork.

My store manger does not hold her friends she hired to the same standards as the employees that were there b4 her
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I feel the executive team is so detached from the store reality but yet expect miracles to be done with such few man hours. They have so many policy and procedures but yet if a customer "athlete" complains we are suppose to disregard policy and procedure.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is no teamwork at my store ever since I got a new store manger she brought in people from her old company and blatantly shows them favoritism she started a group chat for work issues but the conversations vary from birthdays to people giving birth to asking how certain people are feeling.
